FREE SHIPPING for orders in Austria and within the EU.
For all other countries the shipping rates are calculated at the last step of the checkout. For orders over 250 EUR we cover the shipping costs worldwide.
We usually process orders within 24h, if you have placed your order during the weekend or holidays, we will process your order on the following business day.
Please note that your order will be sent within 7 working days. We are a small team and every process from production to packing takes place in-house, so we really appreciate your patience!
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility in Vienna, Austria. Transit time starts from the date the order has been shipped, not the date the order has been placed.

We have no control over post services and can‘t influence their working processes. Once the item has been shipped, the logistics provider is held responsible for shipped items.
