SHIPPING

We currently offer flat-rate shipping fees for all orders within Europe:
🇦🇹 Austria: €4
🇩🇪 Germany: €7
🇪🇺 Other European countries: €9

For all other countries, the shipping rates are calculated at the last step of checkout.
For orders over €250, we cover the shipping costs worldwide.

Important: Temporary Pause of US Shipping

Due to ongoing shipping issues from the EU to the US, we are currently unable to ship to the United States. Recent parcels have been consistently returned by our shipping partner, and therefore US shipments must be paused until further notice.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to resume shipping to the US soon.

We usually process orders within 24h, if you have placed your order during the weekend or holidays, we will process your order on the following business day.

Please note that your order will be sent within 7 working days. We are a small team and every process from production to packing takes place in-house, so we really appreciate your patience! 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility in Vienna, Austria. Transit time starts from the date the order has been shipped, not the date the order has been placed.

Shipping to other shipping destinations may vary depending on standard local shipping post services that we use for international orders.

 We have no control over post services and can‘t influence their working processes. Once the item has been shipped, the logistics provider is held responsible for shipped items. 

For international orders, custom charges may occur. We have no control and cannot be held responsible if these charges occur and how much the charges are.
