We accept the returns within 14 days. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the order was delivered to you. 

In case of a defective product we will refund the purchase price and take over the return costs, in all other cases the customer has to pay the return costs. 

Costs for a return shipment due to wrong address must be carried by the customer.

No refunds will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. 


After we have received and checked your returned order, we will refund the item price and the initial shipping costs. Unfortunately we can not refund the costs for the return shipping.

In order to be refunded your order has to be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn and undamaged, containing the original packaging and tags.

If we receive garments after the expiry of the return period or damaged through use, we can not accept the return.

We can only refund via the same method of payment the initial purchase was made.

Unfortunately we can not refund the money if the refund package is damaged, opened or lost on its return way. Therefore we highly recommend insured shipping.


We have rather limited manufacturing capacities as each piece is handcrafted, and most of the garments are truly one-of-a-kind. For that reason we can not always promise an exchange for a smaller/bigger size.

However it is really important to us to make your upcycled fashion shopping experience the best possible, so please feel free to reach out and we will find a solution together - as a similar custom design tailored based on your personal measurements.

(IMPORTANT: this does not include denim collection where we keep multiple sizes in stock - there the exchanges are possible, quick and hassle-free, however custom tailoring is also available)

If we can not offer you a satisfying alternative, your order will be fully refunded.
